      Pros

      For the most part, warm, kind, and compassionate providers. People genuinely care about their patients. Lots of great people within the interpreting services department who were passionate about their work. Paid travel time. Paid for appointments even when the PT no-showed.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Would often show up at appointments only to learn that it had been cancelled days before.

      Pros

      Very tight community - Annual Performance Based Wage Increases - Advancement Opportunities for non-managemeny staff

      Cons

      Difficult to advance in management - Leadership does not appreciate lower level leadership (manager/supervisor) - performance expectations differ between offices, staff in same roles but more responsibilities are not fairly compensated resulting in continuous turnover for beginner roles such as PSR, Scanners, Phone Reps, Referrals.
