MaineHealth gives fantastic care to the patient and communities it serves in southern Maine. With dedicated and skilled clinical teams MaineHealth brings clinical expertise to challenges that patients face everyday.

Cons

MaineHealth lacks an innovative and employee focused passion. The organization is financially and FTE driven which fosters average employee engagement. New ideas need senior management initiation while employee suggestions don't have a vetting process.
