Pros

Great benefits package, entry level salary OK, lots of educational opportunities.

Cons

The upper level doesn't know what everyone else is doing, leadership is questionable at best and extremely harmful to employees and patients at worst. Unsustainable practices all around.

Front line staff mostly hardworking and compassionate. Patient care a priority in this group. Wonderful patient care provided.

Cons

Administration appears out of their league in today's health care environment. Not in touch with their staff.

good salary-- the department worked as a team, you felt like a family- many opportunities to grow and they provided training all the way

Cons

traffic getting to and from work could be difficult at times-- i traveled 45 mins to work- the summer is very busy, local hospital for many vacationers
