      A great working team and a huge opportunity for learning new things.

      Cons

      Not enough pay in smaller offices that are doing more work than in bigger offices. In the smaller office, you are doing the amount of work of three people instead of just checking people in and out of the office. You do not receive compensation for this additional work.
