Hiring without any form of discrimination, adequate training, growth potential includes access to all jobs within a dynamic multi-tiered health care services provider.

Cons

Open-access (Kaizen) call-room set-up is not for everyone. Growing pains include significant turnover in staff and management.

Fellow Employees are fantastic and supportive.

Cons

HR department is a bunch of fools and are defended by management because they find ways to constantly take hard earned money from you. Red tape here....red tape there.

Good pay and you get to met and interact with new people

Cons

When you try to move to a different department you get blamed for something you didn't do and feel like your forced to quit.
