You are fully remote, working from home.

Cons

The managers are hit or miss. Very small 2% raises, audits done monthly and if a manager doesn't like you, your audit will be low. Very difficult to change positions, most leave to be able to learn and train for different positions in coding. Once on a coding team even though they advertise a career ladder, there are coders there 15 years plus who never made coder 2. Pay is all over the map and they do not care.
