      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      The longer you’re there the worse you’ll be treated. There is no respect for longevity. Wages are not figured fairly. They took advantage once. When they tried again, after devoting half of my life to the organization it was time to go. I found a job that appreciates my experience.
