      Beware!!!

      Pros

      Lenient with time off. Pay was good. Fitness Center, full kitchen & steam room.

      Cons

      Management show favoritism. Management drinks not only at lunch and comes back to work intoxicated but also drinks at their desk later in the afternoons. Always alcohol in the downstairs refrigerator. Managements pushes you to mark up quotes as much as 30 percent to their clients. Management forces you to forge paperwork that will be submitted to clients. Office is very loud to the point that you sometimes can't hear your techs/subs on the phone.

      A culture of family and fun.

      Pros

      Management feel strongly about providing great services to all their employees. Work out equipment, full kitchen, showers and steam room are available to all. It is a culture of excellent customer service that is balanced by hard work and team work. Lots of spontaneous lunches to support all employees.

      Cons

      Some manager and employees are very cliquish and not inclusive, withholding important information that effects decision making which support a divisive culture.

      Pros

      Decent pay, Comapny van, phone, uniforms, independence. Company helps in different ways to make things easier to live with at times. i.e. - time off, family.

      Cons

      No real organization. Run from one side of the state to another and back to where you started when clearly there was no need. Promised one week a month on call, no calls after 5 when not on call, max 2 hour service area and only perform work on your expertise. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN! You are on call every other week, work all hours of day/night when not on call and they expect you to fix any and everything.
