Office environment was laid back.

Cons

Owners have no respect for others. Management shows favoritism. Company has no set structural protocol. They tend wing it when necessary. Quick to fire someone without valid reason. An office full of secrets.

Extremely relaxed environment. Drinking allowed during work. Steady Paycheck. Nothing is off limits at this company.

Cons

Owners of company are more like a dictator. Constant changing management. Finger pointing. No one takes blame for mistakes. The upper management drinks during lunch daily. Employees expected to commit fraud by changing paperwork. Extreme sexual undertones.
