      sorry company to work for. Taking hours away from technicians

      drive home van, uniform, ok pay

      Cons

      poor management. taking hours away from technicians because management loses contracts. office staff still get their high pay, no cut in their pay, taking it all out on their techs who are making the money for company.

      This a good company for someone wanting to get out of a call center and step into what a fast paced corporate job would be like, as everything is almost always email based. The company caters lunch 2x a week and there is weekly pay.

      Cons

      Please be mindful that this company, thrives on gossip and the women overly compete for the male gaze. As this company is blue-collar, there is a lot of sexual innuendos and tension. If you so much as annoy someone close to a manager, you'll be let go. Favoritism is what gets you promoted. Training is non-existent here so try to take as many notes and ask questions.
