Pros
This a good company for someone wanting to get out of a call center and step into what a fast paced corporate job would be like, as everything is almost always email based. The company caters lunch 2x a week and there is weekly pay.
Cons
Please be mindful that this company, thrives on gossip and the women overly compete for the male gaze. As this company is blue-collar, there is a lot of sexual innuendos and tension. If you so much as annoy someone close to a manager, you'll be let go. Favoritism is what gets you promoted. Training is non-existent here so try to take as many notes and ask questions.
