Pay is not good. They ay they are in line with national averages, but they have not adjusted for inflation. They place people in roles that they are. not necessarily qualified to do...I don't mean with degrees or anything, I appreciate real life work experience, but sometimes it seems people have no business doing the jobs their doing...they just wanted to do it. It also stinks that people can only be promoted once a year...like, what? Who does that? Also they are a little over the top in pushing their thoughts and opinions on social topics onto their employees.
