Pros

Incredible pay for what a person does. There is a lot of freedom

Cons

Incredible pay if you are willing to sell your soul to the devil in the territory sales manager role. There is little if any advancement opportunities. Far too much paperwork with travel 4-5 days a week, and this is not a 40 hour a week job, its a 70 hour a week job.

Pros

Great tools, variety of products for many different applications, batteries are outstanding, strong brand name.

Cons

Upper management makes it up as they go along. No true plan, just one new initiative after another. Internet dealers are destroying the brand.

Pros

There really aren’t many pros for this company. They do provide a company car and a gas card, and that’s pretty much it. You are just a number to management and they could careless about the work force that helps them keep their job.

Cons

- Management is a joke, they can’t think for themselves. - Pay is absolute trash - Good luck getting a bonus - Upper management is running the company into the ground. The are moving away from promotions that keep us competitive in the market. - You will be just a number. - They do not listen to the work force or even care for their well being.
