      The only good thing about this company is good pay

      The VP/Owner runs this place like a sweat shop, you cannot even breath without his permission. Very very very very micro managed. Treat employees like crap and controls everything to the alphabet. If you take a min extra in the bathroom he will send the manager to check on you, if you take 1min extra between call the VP will email asking for a reason.
