      Pros

      Great on a resume, best work places of Atlanta, good location

      Cons

      Smaller departments can have very, very poor management. I worked there for 2 years and do not believe in the leadership nor the direction the company is taking. Performance is decreasing across the board. My advice.. skip manhattan and find a comparable company. There are plenty of fantastic companies with bright futures ahead and it seems that Manhattan's brightest days are a thing of the past.

      Long hours of pushing buttons over and over again

      Pros

      Great peer group to start with and decent starting salary for entry level consultant positions. Beautiful office and office gym.

      Cons

      projects can be very variable as far as work load goes. There always seemed to be issues with balancing staffing and work load. The project I worked on consisted of needlessly long hours: 12-14 hour days. Travel is highly variable based on projects, you could travel 4 days/week every week or only travel 4 days over 6 months. Consultants general spend most of their time testing software which can be feel repetitive and mind numbing.
