      -Good Product/Industry Leader -Smart co-workers -Lots of learning

      Cons

      -Terrible work/life balance (nightly calls with India office after 11PM) -Working through the weekend with no comp days. -Micro-management from managers -Lots of travel in PSO and some CSO teams -Management is too busy and spread thin to talk to employees unless something gets escalated.
