Pros

Industry leader Small company feel Quartely bonus is good

Cons

401 k match is subpar Work life balance is difficult. Now they want you to endure Traffic for 2 hours to come into an office. They look down on any remote worker even though we hit all our goals year over year with record Profits.

Pros

Good consultancy experience right out the gate (doesn’t mean you’ll be successful). That’s about it!

Cons

Client First, Employee Second Culture. Lack of Culture is what drives people out the door. People are over worked because they have an issue keeping talent and they have no choice but to throw people in positions they aren’t ready for. Those people get burned out and leave. There is honestly no incentives worth staying at this company. They will continue to hire 100s of straight out of college students and hope that at least 30-50 stay to keep projects staffed.

Pros

Medical Insurance is good compared to many other companies. Tech stack is good.

Cons

People in visas are ill-treated by many people managers knowing they cannot leave without a Green Card, and leadership plays a deaf ear to the people that contribute to the bottom line. These people mangers themselves, specifically from a State in India, were once on visas, but instead of being empathetic, they have gone rogue. Pay hikes are also kept low for the same reason that people are stuck in visas. Promotions are based on favoritism, threats to quit, and others rather than merit. There is no thing called work-life balance, you are made to slog if on a visa. Finally, thanks to COVID, Green card lines are moving quickly and Management is now starting to see high attrition.
