      - Easy to move up with all the turnover. - Benefits have been reduced but still above average

      Great place to start your career out of college, but easy place to burnout after your first couple years

      - Competitive starting salaries - College hires start in a "class" that makes it easy to form friendships with coworkers - Cool places to travel - There are always ways to take on more responsibilities and continue learning at the company

      - Pay bump every year isn't as competitive as the starting salary - Favoritism plays a big role in getting good projects, salary increases, and promotions - Easy to get burnt out - The company can play a large "we are a big family" card without providing the flexibility and trust in their employees that would hopefully come with a great family-like environment.
