Pros
young demographic decent benefits for college hires great place to grow great job for people who are independent and self sufficient. depending on the team, you won't be micromanaged.
Cons
you need to make a strong effort in finding balance in your life. know when to close that laptop! vacation policy is trash. it's on an accrual basis rather than a flat number of days a year management does not really seem to care about how you're doing - it's not even very clear who your manager is. not much formal training, it's more learning on the job you're not micromanaged, which is great, but sometimes you forget who your manager is.
