- A great place to meet younger professionals within your first year

Cons

- Their feedback program is not designed to account for bias - Sloppy management - No online training during COVID for new employees but they would still through the same work load onto you and expect for you to perform as well as the consultants who received training in office prior to COVID - Slow career growth

Remote work mode, friendly co-workers, and strong women’s interest/support group

Cons

Pressure to be in office but little if any COVID protocols. Management is not supportive against clients unrealistic (and sometimes childish) behaviors and demands Expect to work weekends and late nights with short notice.
