Pros

Great size starting classes of people right out of college. Easy to make friends and learn the product with peers.

Cons

There is a very poor retention rate with consultants at manhattan associates. Very little is done to try to keep talent. Its very rare to see a consultant last more than 3 years and almost no one makes it past 5 years.

Cons

absolutely no training, you are thrown into the work and asked to support critical situations. PTO is very non-competitive. lack of regard in work life balance.
