Easy to work with people Very flexible and able to move around company once hired Lots of mixers to get familiar with coworkers

Cons

Company cares too much about culture, to the point of injecting it into everything. Can be held up late with work calls and client issues Sometimes feels like they misjudge our relationship (this is a job, I'm more concerned with doing great work and getting a paycheck than this corporate "buddy-buddy" nonsense) Sometimes difficult to communicate with coworkers in India
