A lot of the people are nice Can wear many hats and learn new things

Cons

Your growth is solely on your manager Non managers have no voice The same people get promoted meanwhile everyone else are told they have to go through rigorous proof to qualify to get promoted. Recognition goes to the management.

The Benefit package is pretty good.

Cons

Pay is not compatible and turn over is very high. Lack of representation in higher up positions (HR, RM, PM). Racial bias is present due to lack of representation within the company. Associates are just looked at as a number, their best interest and concerns are not taken serious. Work life balance is horrible.
