Manhattan management is clueless. Too much buddy system and unfair practices are common. Can’t really raise your voice otherwise you will be marked. One team two sets of rule that is strange but that is what we get. WFH is a joke and you really have to beg even though CEO says one thing other leaders will force something else.

The biggest con found in the PSO department is that it seems that Manhattan runs a turnaround business model. The promotion structure is broken as Manhattan only offers promotions in January of each calendar year. For entry-level consultants, a minimum of 2 years is needed to be considered for promotion, so unless they started working in January it would take 2.5+ years to be up for promotion. The compensation for existing employees in 2021 was mediocre at best so a lot of mid-level resources have left the company this year for higher-paying opportunities, leaving existing resources with a busy schedule, a ton of overtime, and working on multiple projects. This comes after 2020 where everyone's salary was cut by 10% and no matching was done to the 401K.
