      The products are interesting to work with

      Cons

      Managers are adversarial, rather than assisting you in finding opportunities for growth. Managers are overpaid, whilst peons are paid peanuts Very little interdepartmental collaboration. You're left to figure things out on your own Too much IT staff with nothing to do other than make using company hardware difficult

      1. Salary is kind of competitive compared to other companies. 2. Some decent people at work. 3. Good marketing team.

      Cons

      1. Buggy software that you don't get the time to ever fix properly because the deadlines are always unrealistic. 2. Politics between teams is rampant. 3. Most of the managers are terrible at their work and play favorites. 4. Impossible deadlines. 5. Lots of meaningless promises from management. 6. Talent does not get promoted. Talent leaves for other companies where pay is better and they're treated well.

      Great place to gain experience, bad long term

      Pros

      great experience right away. Lots of responsibility early. Great teams to work with. Not a cutthroat atmosphere at all, everyone is willing to help each other.

      Cons

      No real career opportunity growth. After a few years of experience, your salary/compensation/promotions do not keep up with your talent level. Organization is very top heavy, leaving little room for managerial roles. Lots of travel, which can be exciting and great for experience, but support network from the company is not great, so you feel alone on the road.
