Pros

Smaller consulting firm with major client base. You get an entreprenurial feel but have a proven structure and talented management team to support you.

Cons

Once you make it to a certain level, as with most corporations, the bureaucracy tends to kick in. I didn't expect that at a smaller place like this.

Pros

Manh in favor of new college graduates and the intense of work allows you to learn both technical and domain knowledge very quickly. The people I have been working with are great. They are always helpful and supportive of each other.

Cons

The hours required to work are long. With most of the R&D group in Bangalore, it’s very normal to start the day at 7am or earlier. With the load of work, often time you don’t get to leave until 7PM or later. For the effort of cost cutting, Manh doesn’t replace the people who resigned, not even oversees. The work needs to be completed is not reduced, which leave rest of team longer hours for long period of time, and there is no signs of getting the team back to the level should be. The compensation is considerable low compare to other companies.
