Pros

You are constantly challenged at your. You are given responsibility very early in your career. You get to learn lot of new tech.

Cons

Lot of work pressure. Work life balance is bad. They plan very badly and give you touch deadlines. If you get a good manager, then you are fine.

Pros

This is a good job to pursue if you have no other offers but work there for 2-3 years, get out and work for someone where you can attain work-life balance. Travel is fun, and the office environment isn't bad. The building is quite nice with good amenities.

Cons

This place isn't good if you are looking to develop a career. The pay raise from year to year is about 2.4%. If you get promoted, you may get up to 5% if your supervisor likes you. Promotion process is riddled with favoritism. Most of the good people tend to leave after 2-3 years, so all you find are bad apples who rose up the ranks. There is no work-life balance, and being assigned to projects is solely based on favoritism. Your efforts are seldom appreciated and you are always expected to compromise your plans for work.
