      Pros

      Nothing. I really want to say nothing at this point. The health benefits were decent. Pay used to be OK until the froze wages and hired cheap unqualified people for our jobs and expected us to pick up the slack. Now no one will ever be paid anywhere close to what they're worth there again. Stay away

      Cons

      7 different managers telling to many different things. Hiring completely unqualified peers with zero experience for the same money and then expecting those of us they know what we are doing to basically baby sit and do their jobs in addition to our own.

      I have met a some good people, good benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      Promoting employees who are unable to do the job or do not have the skills. No accountability wI think the hiring managers or leadership. Leadership dishonest, will blatantly lie to your face. Communication is lacking in a major way. A battleground between leadership and HR leaders.

      Some very good coworkers. Some senior executives are very good.

      Cons

      Ex BCG consultants - all they know how to do is lay off staff. No process improvement knowledge. Instead of growing the business, they just want to cut, cut, cut. It's good for their bonus.
