Pros

Great benefits, and the company is large so you are able to move around if you find the right connections. In general, the employees are hard working and dedicated to the company.

Cons

Corporate has lost sight of what exactly keeps money rolling for the company. In the last three years, they went from having faith that happy and proud employees will keep the company rolling to focusing on solutions to problems that look good on paper but have very little real world function.

Pros

Great benefits, Salary, 401K, Pension, Vacation Days

Cons

Micro Managing, Playing Favorites, Back Stabbing, Not posting available jobs instead placing who they want in the position. Placing blame on the wrong individuals because they are friends with the ones that are at fault. Pushing people or treating them badly to get them to leave.

Pros

Friendly employees fast paced environment. Overall management is very experienced and fair. Very little interaction with top management which leads to questions regarding what overall business expectations are.

Cons

Overworked, no sick days or raises. Worked here for a year. My direct supervisor was amazing! Due to COVID more and more work thrown onto employees as layoffs continue. No raises prior to COVID. Biggest issue is no paid sick days. They do not tell you this! Came down with the flu. Provided doctors note. With a doctors note they don’t pay and give employees points on their record which will accumulate and eventually cause write ups! How is this remotely fair? They want employees to come to work sick? Additionally, they overcrowded the office spaces which caused a second shut down of the auction due to COVID. I loved my supervisor and team but I needed to find something better after a year. No opportunities here. Beware: upon resigning they cancelled my healthcare immediately without notice. Not the usual 30 day coverage with Cobra option. Luckily my new employer coverage was immediate.
