If your not a yes man/woman bobble head or a click member you'll never get ahead you must always agree mngmnt. is right employees can remove your personal items threaten you nothing will be done about it overlooked forgotten.temp agency employees get the better jobs unless they like you mngmnt.will always be right to H.R.so don't bother going there employees are not like family to manheim unless it's a dysfunctional one they find reasons to fire people after years of employment supervisor will never tell the truth if your related to a person they let go they will make you miserable in hopes you'll quit.theresa lot of under cover stuff goes on there not sure how many involved but you can believe it's bigger then just employees on lower level it's why they try to hide stuff they get big money by getting employees do other work then there job title but not given equal pay for equal work

KPI this company use to be a family environment they treated there employees well and in return the employees strived. this is no more thanks to KPI. The company now runs everything based on numbers bottom dollars. the least amount of people doing the most work possible great idea. however your running your employees into the ground. they are dropping like fly's even some being medicated to handle the stress pressure and lack of balance. this company will never be what it once was if this continues.
