      Crowded with middle and upper management personnel that have no clue as to how to motivate or inspire a team. Mostly leftovers from the good old boys club at Autotrader.

      Very unorganized management. Partially shown towards certain Van Drivers. Very poor communications between lot managers and employees. General Manager was not friendly to part time employees. Treated employees like children. Lot rules were not applied equally to all part time employees.

      Decent paid time off policy, affordable benefits, somewhat easy work, very customer service centered, the auction is a fun atmosphere to be in,

      Cons

      The company does not value education, employees are severely underpaid by industry standards which results in a high turnover rate. Many employees have been employed here for years so young, educated talent is pushed into competition with veterans of the company for promotions. Most employees have been in the same position doing the same thing for 10 plus years.
