Every year the pay plan changed, management could not just stay focused on one thing for more then a month. They want to "be there to help" but always over complicated simple tasks to make themselves look busy.

The commercial department at Manheim Southern Califonia is grueling and unsupportive. Management seems more invested in tearing down their team than fostering any sense of growth or appreciation. No matter how hard you work, it's never enough, and if you make a single mistake due to the relentless workload, you're hauled into the manager's office and treated as if you risked her job. The demands are punishing, the recognition is nonexistent, and the stress level is so intense that more than half the department is desperate to leave. The pay simply doesn't compensate for this kind of environment.
