Absolutely one of the worst places ever worked. First they will lie to your face to get you in the door, then make you work a 24 hour schedule in the ice and snow while other biz are closed. Then they will low ball you on pay but expect you to work based on "business needs." which can mean a 24hr schedule. They will work you to death if they can, oh and those holidays you probably won't get them except thanksgiving and one day for Christmas. So basically after all the hours you put in you're getting paid $10-12/HR which means temps get paid more than you do bc they have no cap. There is no covid precautions unlike what their values say about safety, health and putting employees first is all a lie. enjoy working 7 days a week boots on the ground there and they want you to come in early and stay late. THis place is extremely violent and hazardous. It is outright dangerous! You've been warned! If you have another better offer, take it! Run! Don't do it here unless you want to work in a prison which is exactly what this place is like! You will be working long hours, if they can get you to work 24/7 and you are dumb enough to work 24/7 they will get you to work for free! Even though they tell you, the hours you work for your shift. That sometimes (all the time) you will be coming in earlier and working later (late hours) with no OT. You will be working in scorching fire engine heat and blistering winter snow (No snow days)!
