      Manheim is a huge company with plenty of potential to advance if you like the automotive industry.

      Cons

      KPI's make life difficult at Maheim. I understand the need to balance productivity with staffing to achieve optimal financial results, but this makes it very hard to attract quality people if there is any question about hours projected vs. reality.
