The only pro for this job is the christmas party at the end of the year excluding the fact that it is rigged and upper management wins iPads and TV's while typical staff is limited to ten dollar gift cards.

Cons

Poor upper level management with little or no experience Expect discrimination if you are not a white male Old boys club, don't expect to move up if you are a woman and have respect and dignity
