      Pros

      The other workers there can be amazing after they accept you. It is a great first job for an person just graduating from high school or college, but too many people end up becoming complacent and stay there.

      Cons

      Upper management tends to treat employees that work in operations like they are less than human. Whenever we'd be up there for a meeting or company event we would be talked down to or talked at instead of talked to.

      Pros

      Training in several areas of sales and customer service. Management was willing to listen to most suggestions 50% of the time.

      Cons

      Not enough training in relationship building so that customers could feel comfortable at any location. It's a tough industry so it is more important to be the "bigger man" in many situations.
