      Can buy a car quite cheap

      Overworked, poor pay, unfair treatment of different employees ie some get a bonus, some get incentives to earn more but some get nothing

      Pros

      High staff retention. Some members of staff, generally the entry level staff, are lovely.

      Cons

      Absolutely toxic environment. Staff are overworked and underpaid and it really shows. Upper management have very unreasonable expectations of staff. A lot of ego's to contend with which can really wear you down. The company does not take staff's suggestions into consideration for example: the internal system is over two decades old and is constantly breaking down, instead of resolving this issue and making the life of their staff more bearable, they update their external website instead. Oh, and did I mention the pay for the pressure is absolutely ludicrous.

      Ineffective Executive Management team and structure. Investment in Car auction business only no focus on other areas of the organisation. Highly political workplace
