      Pros

      I worked for Manheim Phoenix for a very long time. I have to honestly say it was the best place to work for until around 2008. The pros after that were the pay, benefits and the customers.

      Cons

      I can't speak for all Manheims, but for Phoenix I felt as though it had lost compassion for its workers and customers. I know a company has to make money but at the cost of integrity? It was like all the sudden "how cheap can we get new workers". I think that is the way it has been for a lot of companies.

      Pros

      The coworkers are very nice and humble. Benefits are great. PTO is good if you are allowed to use it. HR, Promotions and TRA departments are good to work in. The Commercial department personnel are very nice. The Pay is okay. HR does a lot of employee events.

      Cons

      Management is rude. Time off is discouraged. EE involvement in activities discouraged. Management encourages working off the clock for accounting EEs. Some supervisors gossip incessantly. It can be a really bad environment due to the supervisors being rude all the time. And if you don't find other employment...you are trapped. If you are educated they will treat you like dirt.

      Pros

      Great PTO and Benefits. Pay was average.

      Cons

      No formal training. Lack of concern for employee development and career growth. Lack of vision and direction. Minimal opportunity for career advancement. Upper management claimed to be transparent but was clearly the opposite.
