Pros

1. Teamwork everyone works together for a common goal. 2. Open lines of communication with between all management levels. 3. Up to date equipment to make our jobs easier. 4. Fast pace business, auction atmosphere is exciting. 5. Great opportunities to grow with Manheim.

Cons

1. Not enough hours in the day to stay caught up with all job duties. 2. Budgets are tight 3. Sometimes you have to do more with less.

- great comradery; teamwork is everywhere - great benefits (PTO, cost of medical ins, etc)

Cons

- high turnover - experience across auctions differ - there isn't any internal consistency; some locations you work all calendar holidays, some you don't; management varies widely - loyal employees aren't paid what they should be; they don't give any decent raises or cost of living increases
