      Pros

      Medical benefits are great but you need them to help keep your sanity.

      Cons

      Dept was constantly lacking in support. People quit, someone would get hired and someone else would quit. Has everything to do w/ lack of support from leadership bullying from departments whose calls you accepted and the rude self entitled dealers who think they know how to your job because NOTHING changes in the car industry or technology. Severely underpaid.
