The company benefits are very good generally speaking. There is a disconnect with management in their communication plan and overall structure.

Cons

Management does not do a stellar job in communicating information to employees. There is little to no room for advancement once you obtain a higher education.

- The people you work with on a daily basis are fantastic. - When sales are good, it is a great company to work for. - They take Kaisen events seriously.

Cons

- when sales targets are not met, leadership makes sharp decisions disregarding the value each associate brings. - Leadership expects near instant change performance before giving new strategy a chance to develop. - non-thought out set of priorities from leadership, which spread resources too thin and make the entire team ineffective.
