Good benefits. Competitive wages for the area (Manitowoc WI). Training focused with internal paid for and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Systems, systems and more systems. How many software systems can a company use? Not enough people from what I hear now extra stress and work load on everybody. No room for advancing your career.

The people are wonderful to work with.

Cons

For such a large company, they are unorganized and waste a lot of money making decisions, then changing course. The workday is spent putting fires out instead of setting up things properly to eliminate fires.
