      Pros

      Good products. Reputation of the Engineering is high. Product cycle is very slow, though, stealing away any sense of urgency within the organization.

      Cons

      Worst run IT organization I have ever been a part of. No vision, no leadership,no objectives other than "be cheap". Mercenary approach to staffing. Terrible "not invented here" syndrome.

      Because of major fluctuations in sales, a stable job here is never promised for mid-low positions in the hierarchy. X X X X X X X.
