When you combine that with our emphasis on excellence, it does make for a demanding and rewarding environment. As for the salaries, MTI is committed to provide an above quality of work life. We will continue to monitor the marketplace to make sure our combination of salaries, benefits and work environment are very good. There are sometimes imbalances, but we will strive to fix them.
