Not a place I would choose to work, depressing environment.

Pros

I am able to choose my hours for the most part. Part of the work force is work at home.

Cons

A lot of stress. Very poor communication. When our company was bought we lost a lot of benefits, and made to work more holidays. They like to talk about employee owned but no HR department, difficult to get answers to questions, poor retirement benefits compared to any other company I have been at. Poor insurance benefits compared to any other employer I have been at. No communication to new employees regarding the company ownership program.
