Pros

Good pay, flexibility in hours, room to move up

Cons

Corporate office and direct managers do not communicate. was promised i could remain work from home permanently by my manager but then last minute corporate decided to let me go. they then fought me on unemployment which i never received. i worked for 4 years all thru covid, and then was treated not only insignificantly, but actively wronged by the company.

Pros

Did not have to purchase a share - each year I have seen my ESOP grow. Someone on here mentioned "corporate greed". Apparently they do not know how ESOP's work - its for the benefit of all US employees. The EMPLOYEES are the ones who benefit. All you need to do is work three years to be vested. The employees are the owners of the business.

Cons

The ESOP is a retirement vehicle it is not about working and leaving. It takes time for the balances to grow. Its a huge benefit. I have worked here many years and now I have a retirement plan. This is a virtual receptionist company. If you do not like being on the phones all day this is not the job for you. There are rude people on the phones, so be mindful when you are calling a business for an appointment be nice working here gives a greater appreciation just like when you have a job being a server at a restaurant and then being a patron. Working holidays - but there is extra pay.

Pros

Long hours, decent pay attendance incentives.

Cons

Calls can range from suicidal calls to someone that just got diagnosed with cancer. The fact you have to take these calls never get explained to you before you start working here. This job is the epitome of micromanagement and the call centers have a gross feeling. Last, but not least you have to follow a ridiculous sounding script which under very little circumstances can you avoid following as well as pretending you are with a company you obviously aren’t with (customers can tell a good 90% of the time). You really feel like a joke working for this company because to the many people you take messages for you are. They want to speak to the actual company and are almost always disappointed they’ve reached the “answering service”
