Pros

Repetitive busywork, makes time go by some days.

Cons

Six days a week. Very hot. HR sometimes won’t fill out your drug test properly then fail you on it and not call you to let you know or even acknowledge their incompetence when you have to correct them. Huge communication barrier with English. Rude process techs. Management offering to fast-track new employees just to make them feel pressured to stay. Casual racism has been observed in company meetings.

Pros

Lots of incentive to work hard. Vacation. Bonuses. They buy food on days with overtime. For a good review they will increase pay.

Cons

Only real downside is they often didn't follow thru with promises( "we will move you to days/train you here and switch you")

Pros

Benefits are good. Pay is good for corporate or leadership positions. I was offered a competitive wage from the beginning. At first I was excited, but I think they used that to compensate for all the negatives the company has...

Cons

Very unprofessional environment. High turnover. Leadership does not take criticism well. There is zero diversity here. The entire executive leadership team are all white men, and one white woman.
