Pros
Repetitive busywork, makes time go by some days.
Cons
Six days a week. Very hot. HR sometimes won’t fill out your drug test properly then fail you on it and not call you to let you know or even acknowledge their incompetence when you have to correct them. Huge communication barrier with English. Rude process techs. Management offering to fast-track new employees just to make them feel pressured to stay. Casual racism has been observed in company meetings.

Pros
Lots of incentive to work hard. Vacation. Bonuses. They buy food on days with overtime. For a good review they will increase pay.
Cons
Only real downside is they often didn't follow thru with promises( "we will move you to days/train you here and switch you")
