Pros

It is so rewarding working for an organization with a strong mission and value system. They care about us as employees and I really believe that our voice matters. Everyday we work towards making health care better and that is such a fulfilling feeling! It really does feel like one big happy family here, we all take care of each other.

-Great benefits. -great work environment. - culture of care: truly phenomenal care given to patients while employees are happy with their jobs and feel supported - awesome support

Cons

- spread out through out country however there are many meetings and connections that take place to minimize the distance factor
