      Pros

      Almost immediately, you get the sense that something special is happening here. The business is built on improving the lives of people--what could be better! There is a strong sense of team, a real drive for improvement and a common goal.

      Cons

      None that detract from the mission and culture of the company. Marathon is a growing company and has some growing pains--to be expected.

      Great place to work at. Love the atmosphere and the patients.

      Pros

      Great pay. Good hours. Weekends off. Very busy clinic seeing all LFUCG employees but it's fast paced and keeps the day going fast.

      Cons

      Is at times under staffed. Three full time medical assistants and a part time MA with 4 full time providers.

      Pros

      Marathon Health has absolutely tremendous leadership, organizational efficiency and highly educated, intelligent and strategic employees (ambassadors) across all levels of the organization. The company is extremely in tune with the changing industry and customers needs and is constantly striving to be the best we can be for our customers, patients and employees. I am so proud to work for this company from a professional perspective, and from a personal perspective Marathon Health offers me flexibility, work/life balance, the opportunity to grow and learn.

      Cons

      No real cons - if there are any areas where the company sees a need for improvement they are diligently working to improve. No "shortcomings" are left unaddressed.
